- Why were you banned? (What Appears on your ban message) i was just chating with all of the members and then MGH says that I Am pregnent he was mentioning me and then i said no you your mom gay and then i said sorry but he perma ban me
- Were you previously jailed or muted? (If yes, say why) no
- Why should you be unbanned? becuse i think i am right he said i am pregnent even he didnt say sorry but i said sorry after what i said

I wasn't directing that "You're pregnant?" to you. That was for someone else in chat. Even if I was, saying "your mom gay" isn't something you should be saying to others, even if it made sense as a response to what I said. Using gay as an insult isn't ok.

He already said it wasn't adressed to you. And it was a joke.
Regardless, your ban stays because your overall behaviour was horrible, the bigotted comment was just the last straw.
Also your english is bad and you are clearly lost in translation, you shouldn't play in an english server like ours.

look i know that i am no one to say this but u should not criticize someone based on how they speak he is trying and he is from my country so i know that ppl here doesnt speak english so he is bad at it

I believe he should just play in another server if it's too hard to communicate and I'm sure that's what Paulina intended as well
If he's having a hard time understanding basic questions to determine his unban he might as well play somewhere else that speaks his language so he doesn't have to make as much of a fuss- in my opinion

She could tell him to use a translator but if you just scroll up and reread what she actually said, you can see she told him he shouldn't play here due to the difficulty in communication instead.

Your efforts to defend this player is admirable, but I suggest you stop replying to my* posts(replies) . You're only causing more trouble with your responses

If you don't understand enough English to comprehend what we say and have broken our rules before, we do not feel like letting you play here as it is clear you are unable to understand what we are trying to tell you. We don't have all the time in the world to translate things for you. And if they did try using a translator, it didn't work.

- Why should you be unbanned? Becuse People Learn From There Mistake And I Did Learn That Abusing Is Bad And To be honest This Server Is Best But i Had a chance to stay in the server but i broke the rules from now if i get unbanned i will try my best to give my best to not break the rules

Why are you ban evading? Your ban was removed due to an error from transferring to bungee, we rebanned you telling you to wait for your appeal to be answered yet you still evaded the ban by joining as SM0K3Y, the same name you evaded with 6 months ago. You had a chance at redeeming yourself by appealing and yet you manage to screw it all up again.
If you do not answer me with some form of explanation that actually makes sense on why you are stupidly ban evading then this appeal will be denied.
