Title: I wanted to voice an idea that randomly came to me

It probably isn't the first you've heard of this, but the idea came to me that if it were possible, to add an NPC at jail that randomly spews the server's rules?

+1 for jail NPC. I say it should be none other than the servers own, local cryminal ;)
