Actually, to apply for the Owner position, you need to fill out Form 2040a. This is 3412c. If you want Form 2040a, please fill out a Form a549r6. To get a Form a549r6 please contact Administration and fill out their department's paperwork. This usually takes about 5 months, then you can begin the process of filling out Forms 2040a through 42069g.
