Yes, I've been active for almost everyday this month. Can't help it, its fun.

- Have you been helpful for other people on the server? If yes, who and how?
Yes, I've been helpful to other people on the server specially ones who just joined the server. I recently helped a bit in Frogg's build(basement). I don't pamper new players too much but I do indulge in discussions and help answer their questions.

- Have you been jailed/muted/rules restricted before? If yes, what punishment and motive?
I haven't gotten one yet, and will never want to be.

- Do you vote regularly?
Yes, I do vote almost everyday when I can.

- Are you going to be active and keep in touch on the forums?
Yes, I will be more active on the forums.

It has absolutely nothing to do with luck. It has everything to do with interacting with the wider community, helping out newer players, having a somewhat thorough understanding of the server features, and maturity. Complaining about it on other people's promotion's isn't going to get you anywhere.
