Title: Origin / Cant use flint and steel with dispenser

I discovered this bug when i was trying to make a toggleable nether portal, the dispenser is being powered by a repeater however any other methods of redstone power i have tried also dont seem to work. whenever i activate the dispenser it uses the durability of the flint and steel inside yet does not place any fire. this works in a normal singleplayer world yet does not on sentinelcraft.

will be looking into this at somepoint soon, I have few ideas of what could be causing this behaviour
