Title: Plugins don't work

I joined the server around 5:00 PM GMT+8, and noticed that many things were different. There was no login, no player tags on chat, no teleportation and homes. The only command that worked was /dynmap hide. I talked to the others online and reached a conclusion that the plugins weren't working. Anyone know the cause of it?

i think its happening again........the server went offline at about 6pm GMT +10 today,(around about the same time as the crash 2 days ago)

looked threw logs on both days i see nothing and i looked with in a 4 hour time span you people provided
