This plugin would do a good amount of things and can add on top of mcmmo by being able to specialize yourself like in world of warcraft. The plugin seems to have worked flawlessly on some other servers I've played on but it's a good plugin

I don't think it's necessary because it's exactly what McMMO does. Except with this plugin you get bonuses for typing /race nord, and with McMMO you have to spend days leveling your skills. I don't think that it will be fair against people who have leveled their skills. Also I don't see where the abilities are listed.
