World Cup Prizes!

I don't know how many of you are watching the World Cup, but its one of the world's biggest events, so I decided to make a poll to see who you guys think will win! Based on this, I will give out some prizes and update this topic sheet as the tournament progresses! The way you must play however is to not only to vote on the poll, but you must add a reply here on this topic no later than June 27, 2014 at 12:00 AM GMT, so that I can see what team you have voted for. That being said, no modifications will be allowed on your post here and you will not be able to change your vote. If I see you have modified your post after the deadline is over, you will be disqualified. Here are some of the prizes I will give out:


TBD = To Be Determined

Your Country reaches the Semifinals: $850


Your Country reaches the Finals: $1500 and 5 diamonds


Your Country is the Champion: $2500, 10 diamonds, and 3 wither heads

There are also some special conditions in which one of the players may receive even more money!:


To receive your prizes, speak to me on the server or on the forums after July 13, 2014!

I dont know too much about futbol, but I do know that not many teams can beat Spain 5-1. My vote is for the Netherlands!

Well after today in that group, Netherlands and Chile will advance and Spain and Australia are knocked out!

I hope Netherlands will win. RVP (Robin Van Persie) my favourite striker plays there ( I am the biggest fan of Manchester United from England and he plays in MUTD ). PLus there are some great young players that look like they are going to have a great future.

Well after a couple of days that nearly saw Brazil and the Netherlands go home, the excitement of the World Cup continues! From now on, if your team loses, you will be eliminated from any prizes. One thing to note is that the prizes are not cumulative and you receive the prize for the round that your team is eliminated in, or maybe even championed. Good luck to all of the people !

Yeah me too. Also I called this semi-finals Brazil - Germany and Netherlands-Argentina.
I dont like how South Americans play football cause they always fake their injuries and they make fouls like crazy.
They do play a good game but still a lot of faking and fouls.

Well after a very dramatic end to the semifinals, Germany and Argentina will be moving on the the finals! One thing to note is that if Argentina win, nobody will be able to claim the champion prize! Good luck to the rest of the German fans who want that money! :P
