Okay, so it says donations are cumulative, so if I donate 10 dollars at 1 time will I get fly for 3 months (1 month from 5 + 2 months from 10). Also this server has a really weird donation tree as well ($100 for unlimited fly, etc.). I used to work for a server called ******* (top mineshafter server for a while) as a senior moderator and plugins helper and donations assistant (kind of like an admin but without the tag. I'm sure you can make a very successful server with just a few changes, as I assume the server may not be doing as well as it could with only 96 slots
Here's a basic donation spread that has been very successful on many servers before (of course to be altered for your needs)

Also I can give editing rights to an admin if they just want to take that spreadsheet, as its just an altered copy of a basic researched ranks reccomendation

Our donations ranks are fine. They are like this for almost a year and no one has complained yet.
Also our server is doing perfectly fine in our standards. I do not see anything going wrong on it at the moment.

Im not sure "Free W/E" for $150 counts as a good donation perk. I'm just saying there needs to be improvements if a successful/profitable server is the goal

That World Edit has to be requested first and will be analyzed after, It will be staff doing the World Edit for the donator. Donators WILL NEVER have access to World edit.
However, we still appreciate your suggestions, even though our donations are still going to be how they are.

We are a very successful server. The goal is to have fun, involved gameplay with a small - medium community. Not to be giant.
We are not a profit server. All the money is just that. Donations. And all those donations go directly to the server. No profit is derived from it.
Also our donations may need to be better explained, but the tiers themselves are why many people donate. Every 5$ gives them 1 month of /fly. Which is great for those people who may not want to drop 25$ for flying as it is on many servers. if they really like this server then they can contribute more each month of all at once as they choose.
Your original question was also incorrect. 5$ = 1 month of fly but if you did 10$ you get 2 months of fly. Not 3, If you donated 5$ and then 5$ a bit later you would get 1 month and then 1 more month when you donated again.

no one will ever have item spawning or other game changing options as you suggested not even admins can spawn items nor will any one have speed boost access to effects ect. people will play legit survival as we intend

If that includes Wither Bat Jockies, Rich, and a whole lot of chicken jockies in full diamond, then I have a problem. ;D

Yeah, I agree with what Fed and all have said, this is way to much power to give to someone who donates, and the donation system right now has no problems and is working great.
Also, you didn't have to be so mean about it, we have rules about no advertising no matter if its down or not.

Ok i know its late and all but ummm why would i want to donate if i didn't have all of the things i have now, by the looks of it from what you said, if i donate $200 i get some crappy perks i really like the once now, and if we do the /hat and the /craft that takes commands away from members because we already have /hat and /craft and i think if i have to donate to get those then screw it ill keep my money. I really like the perks now that's why i will keep donating and Maybe if you come up with different and better perks they might add it to the other ones but don't come and try to tell them to put these and really make them take away from the other members who love it on the server.

The donation perks are perfectly fine and amazing, The month limit on fly keeps the donors donating (Eg Me) Last month I think their was a total of $160 donors which in my opinion is heaps and WILL keep the server running for 2 months alone.(Info maybe wrong)
