Title: Selling Town/Base Land

Recently, i've been looking through my /sethomes and I have some forgotten about bases and town areas that never really kicked off.
So then I thought to myself, why not sell them to someone who could use them, instead of leaving them abandoned in the wild?
At the moment, I only have 2 homes that are in purchasable condition. I may tidy up the other few when I get around to it.
