Title: Plugin HeadDrops

this plugin allows people to get player heads for people they've killed with a sword/axe.  Like a trophy. also allows you to attain strange mob heads like slimes, blazes, endermen, and so on and so on, etc. etc.

We can do that natively with 1.7.2 If you want I can come up with a way to get heads to players more reliably
