I didn't suggest you to apply, I only told you the link. Also, /res Dialga says you only joined August 10.

Pretty much.. A rank that gives vague powers and abilities, and has almost no responsibility. Sounds about right for me.
Then again, with Great Purple comes Great Color scheming..
