Title: Spawner failed to drop

I was reworking my blaze spawner, broke the spawner, and it did not drop.  No lava, hoppers, clipping through blocks, nothing.  Featureless stone room, used a pick, no drop.  Any chance of a rollback, or do I just need to buy another from someone who has a spare?

Did the pickaxe have silktouch enchantment on it?

Silk Touch has no effect on our spawners. I'll roll back the area when we're both on.
