Ban Appeal



- In-game name: Sparky901

- Date and time of ban? (Include Timezone): septmeber 25 at 7:21

- Which Staff member banned you? ninja

- Why were you banned? Stupidity is bannable

- Were you previously jailed or muted? yes i was muted for a few minutes because the admins did not want me and zucaluca to use the word gay when we might actually be gay.
 
- Why should you be unbanned?  I solely promise to help the server for the greater good. I will never argue with the mods or admins again and I promise to not mess around anymore. I will still have fun. I am sorry for acting like an idiot and I deserved to be banned but I will never act like that again. Please allow me to join this amazing and awesome server again and you wont be sorry. Thank you for your time and please take this into consideration.

Additional Information:
I was very tired when I got banned and I was just messing around trying to have some fun but I guess I was being really annoying and I will never do that again I promise. Thank you minecrafter, sparky901

bigotry is not tolerated if you use the word gay use it correctly else fuck off no one gives a shit bout you

sparky didn't actually use bigotry he was just stating how he got muted... and he didn't use the word in a bigotry way. infact after the incident we said we will say same sex marriage.

What exactly were you doing when you got banned? I know you were being annoying/stupid, but I don't remember the exact incident.

using the term gay in its slang form like that is bigotry and it is not tolerated here. Period this is not a discussion.

How ever he was not banned for this even tho he should have been

his offense he currently is banned for is for being stupid

remember ninja we were doing an afk farm unaware of it being illegal given the fact its been over 5 months we've read the rules...we should have re-read them. but anyway he was being stupid by telling you that his "afk farm of justice" is not an afk farm which was stupid and ridiculous even after you told him to cease.
