I got banned for asking to be because I knew I would because the admins (richgotya and migas94) teamed up on me and killed me so it was obvious this time that they would ban me for false accusation of tping and killing when I have posted and got screenshot evidence.

This doesn't follow the ban appeal format. If you do not follow it, the appeal will be denied.

I find it funny you no longer bring up your accusations against me..but instead have turned around and accused migas of being unfair.

Just to clarify, if someone tps to you, and you attack them (you punched rich) then you have broken the agreement of safety that you initiated by making a tp request or by accepting a tp. Rich was fully in his right to defend himself. I personally would of killed you too, instead of waiting for a written response from you (which may not come). I suggest if you have a physical disability with your hands then you should not be accepting teleports from people. Seeing as this so called spasm is unpredictable.

no tp request was sent. As i tped to Kami to deal with a tp killer i was there a good few mins and even announced i was there to assist kami when he comes at me several seconds later and punchs me in the face

That makes this whole thing even more deplorable. Attacking a helping staff member then false reporting. It also raises my point again, that if this guy has a 'spasms' so unpredictable, why is he nosing about staff business where he is able to punch 'by accident'. He should have known better and kept himself to himself.

Something you might like to consider that he said..
1. he claimed to be trying to open a fence gate..by left clicking..
2. he said in ./l chat that his spasms occur every 10-12 minutes

I actually recall two other people doing similar, attacking staff and claiming hand spasms.
