I just took a stroll through my nether portal and noticed a little redecorating... :( (note he isn't a resident)

Don't know if he's been punished, but I found another instance of grief along the Triune Highway.

I rollbacked this one too. Player still needs punishment for both griefs.

EDIT: Jailed for 20 minutes.
