Title: why break my torches?

so i saw on dynmap parkourguy21 was at my town, i thought if you made a town no longer public ppl couldnt /t spawn there.
 
anyway i decided to see what he had done and he removed all the torches from my blaze spawner.

im not looking for some big punishment or ban, just want ppl who arnt part of the town to leave the place alone.

As I said ingame, he keeps tping to people. He probably tp'd to someone, or walked there as ninja said. He was jailed for 5 minutes and rules restricted.
This is not his first "torch grief" I caught him doing the same to Zarosi.
