Title: Selling Birch Wood Valley

As you may or may not know, me and waz are selling BWV due to it being inactive. It has many attractions listed in our town board, and we're selling it for 15K$. That's a little too much, but assuming that the creation of a town costs 5K, and we've invested like 20-30K in it, it's completely fair. Reply or message me or wazblaz9898 if interested in buying.
P.S. It's for sale until this Monday. Then, the city will no longer have money and will be given for free to someone who me and waz will choose.

So... what your saying is I can wait till tuesday and then just establish my town where yours was? Awesome =]

So like I already said to you ingame, If no one buys until Monday, you should give it to someone... if you leave it abandoned, it would be cheaper for people buy it after and claim all the land.
