Could we have theses mods on the server for peopel who want ot trick out there home?

These are mods, the server most likely wont add mods, because then everyone needs to install the mod in order to play on the server.

As code has stated above Mods modify the game requiring everybody that joins the server to download and install the mods. this section is more for Plugins that can be loaded onto the server and run from the get go.
