- What is your in-game name?
      - timmmithy

- Have you been active for at least 1 month?
      - yes, joined on Oct 19, 2014 and play regularly

- Have you been helpful for other people on the server? If yes, who and how?
      - yes, so long as I receive respect, im always willing to help out (from donating money, to handing out helpful gifts)

- Have you been jailed/muted/rules restricted before? If yes, what punishment and motive?
      - no, whenever I am on global chat, I respect the rules, and keep away from spamming.

- Do you vote regularly?
      - at first, i could not figure the vote system out, but now i vote whenever my mind remembers

- Are you going to be active and keep in touch on the forums?
      - I try to keep active on forums, I like to stay updated about the server, but my outdated internet speeds are sometimes a hassle when multitasking (ie. playing and using forums at once)

- Additional Information:
      - While this may not be relevant due to lack of proof, i would like to say that I have been a senior rank on other, smaller servers (mod, admin, etc.) and I do not take a higher rank as a joke, I see it as a privilege that has (and hopefully will) been gifted to me
