- Date and time of ban? (Include Timezone):Monday January 19th Approximately 1:00 Pm (EST)

- Which Staff member banned you? (Blank if you do not know) ninja5132 told insaneboredom to tell me its not noted and to leave this area blank ( I only wrote this so its noted)

- Why were you banned? (What Appears on your ban message) I was banned for using inappropriate language on the server

- Were you previously jailed or muted? (If yes, say why) no
 
- Why should you be unbanned? I feel that I should be unbanned because I had forgotten that it was not allowed and I became frustrated because my game was glitching and I reacted before thinking about the consequences
