Title: schematics plugin

this is a mod wich allows you to build a with a schematic it will show a shade version of your design.
the export part could be disabled that's in the configure folder. So there will be a better design of houses because now there is like a very big load of houses wich are just boxes and they are ugly.

Hope this will be added
