Not too often.

- When did you join the server?

Back near the beginning of January, I believe.
 
- What time of the day are you on? (include timezone)

Mostly 3:00 PM EST to 9:00 PM EST. It can vary sometimes.

- Are you currently staff on any other servers?

No.

- Why do you think should you be promoted and how will you be helpful?

Sometimes Moderator's aren't on the server when I'm on, and bad things sometimes do happen. I could help out with commands, helping find a griefer, stop bullying, etc.

- Do you feel like you can be neutral and be loyal to the server rules above all else?

Indeed, I do.

You were accepted very recently as Senior Member and we feel you do not know rules well enough. And to add to this, you have shown a bit of immaturity sometimes, like when you have joined as Console to be "funny" just after getting promoted as SM.

If you want to become staff, you will have to understand that acts like that are not acceptable for staff ranked members.
