My friend 1commando has -unfortunately- decided to leave this server and move on to other games. He will be active for a little longer. This leaves of with the decision of what to do with his house. We each have our separate houses but fenced in on the same estate. The house is well furnished and well built which would make it a pain to take down plus leave an annoying empty space. He has decided to let me sell it because this player would be my neighbor and share benefits of the estate.
Below I have included pictures only of the house, but anyone is welcome to come and tour the whole area as long as they don't break any server rules. You may teleport to me, or if I am not online just go south of Mirlaz until you find the glowstone bat signal floor by houses. The house is located outside of Mirlaz which makes it more accommodating for Mirlaz residents but open also players who'd like to spread their homes among the world or anyone in need of a house. This means the house is in wilderness and unprotected from mobs outside of the house. Most of the estate is lit up well enough for mobs not to spawn, but there is empty part inside of the fenced area that can be built in (for the player buying the house). Any doors, furnaces, chests, etc. will be unlocked for that player. Also, this house's basement is connected to the basement of my house which does give them access to certain utilities.
This house also includes certain benefits.
-The pond with the ferry in the middle for fishing
-Farms:
-Wheat
-Carrots
-Melons
-Pumpkins
-Netherwart
-Sugar Cane
-Cacti
-Spawners
-Slime
-Cows
-Mooshrooms
-Chickens
-Sheep
-Blazes
-Skeletons
-Spiders
-Level 30 Enchanting Station
-Brewing Station (located in my own home but the player with be allowed access to brewing stand)
-Anvils
-Nether Portal
-Furnace Rooms
However, I do have certain expectations for this player.
-The house is yours once you pay for it, but I'd prefer that player not to take it down and then leave. I'd prefer to keep the house similar to how it is now, but you are welcome to rearrange it. Please do not grab the expensive items and then leave forever. If you decide to leave, I will give you a 3/4 refund (depending how long you stay, full if you're only there for 2 weeks or less) if you leave the house similar to how it is now.
-Re plant farms, it's just polite.
-Don't greif, the house is yours to change (within reasoning please) and you can build in the empty space, but anything else shouldn't really be touched unless you tell me and have good reasoning.
-Don't continuously kill me. This is a pvp-enabled server, but I shouldn't have to worry about my neighbor killing me every time I'm home. I won't kill you.
-Don't butcher the land around us. Needing resources is fine, and I can even help you off with some stuff, I'd like to keep the place classy.
If you're interested in the house but these expectations seem ridiculous (I hope the aren't but still) then talk to me and we can come up with an agreement.

I haven't decided on a price yet, and that can be agreed upon after looking at the whole estate.

I'm interested. :D Choose a price you like, I guess I'm not really rich but I can save up some money for the house (I'm not a horrible builder but somehow I just can't build nice houses :( )

Given the MCMMO stats are able to be fixed...again. I will be willing to purchase this property with the possibility of of paying for its Transportation to Havocville. Or keeping it as my personal place offsite from Havocville.

Looks like we are in competition for the property.
I currently have the funds, but will yield to Metherita as a sign of good faith that she can secure funds if $10,000 MCD gets her the house.

It's true Meth, getting all flustered will make you break out. Can't have that as our foundation won't go on smooth.
