Title: selling the town the_woods!
Post by: sebastianmax on April 12, 2015, 01:14:36 PM: I Sebastianmax has decided that I won?t be the mayor of The_woods anymore, the reason for this is that I want to start a new one without letting The_woods fall. I wish to sell my town and the price ranges between 35k and 50k, the price can be discussed.
The town has: wheat, potato, carrot, sugercane and vine farms, tree farm, fishing hut, enchantinghouse, and two buildings that can be used shops and just outside of the town there are planned VIP plots (NOT CLAIMED) theese are surrounded by a wall.
/t spawn The_woods to see the town for yourself.

Town Size: 190
Members: 4 (as of writing date)
Town bank: 4000$

Post by: roadkill919 on April 28, 2015, 08:43:53 AM: Overlord has been debating this for a while and Dell keeps nagging me about buying the town (he was prepared to pay), he seems really eager but he faces the same challenge as champ has stated above. we have no willing player to allocate to mayor of said town. Is there a active resident within the town you would trust with being the mayor?

But I'd like to let you know that The_woods was one of the first towns I visited when I started playing, and was the first town I had asked to be a part of. I waited a few days but nobody came online to invite me. :/ I really liked the town.
