EXPELLIARUS! if you didn't guess the plugin I am suggesting is a harry potter plugin
http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/harrypotterspells/ this is the website
there are serveral spells most are OP but the only way to aern them is by a command from an admin or better
I think this will be a good fit for the server

It's spelled Expelliarmus xD.

I'm sure ninja would love this plugin XD.
