I wanna be a SM too :D. Hopefully this goes well.

- What is your in-game name? Answer: MattFury is my in-game name :D.

- Have you been active for at least 1 month? Answer: Yes i enjoyed playing in SentinelCraft.

- Have you been helpful for other people on the server? If yes, who and how? Answer: Yes. I helped out some people like the newbies on the rules, etc.

- Have you been jailed/muted/rules restricted before? If yes, what punishment and motive? Answer: No, and i don't want to :P

- Do you vote regularly? Answer: No, i can't open my Minecraft while voting since I experience terrific lag.
 
- Are you going to be active and keep in touch on the forums? Answer: Yes. I wanna be a part of the forums too :)

You seemed to only have joined the forum to request a promotion, that does not seem like you are trying to be an active member.
Also, it has never been observed that you have been helpful to anyone outside your group of friends.
