There's been auction before, the /auction warp is still there.

Is auction still not working?  If it isn't, I agree, we should bring it back.
However, we should have a plugin (if there's some still around) like the old one.  This would both make a use for the auction warp and clear chat of continuous auction spam.  Sentinel just isn't the right server for an auction plug-in like that, but I still think the old auction plug-in should come back... If it's still around.

But I believe overuse of /auction could become very spammy. I have mixed feelings about it :/

Ab, do you mean the /auction warp?  The server used to have an auction plug-in that didn't involve chat (according to my memory).  You would go to the auction warp and just create an auction, or go there looking back for something to buy.

It didn't spam chat or anything, I quite liked it.  (Again, I'm not sure if I'm remembering it correctly, but I don't think it involved chat at all.)

maybe there can be a cool down on the auction use? cause didnt they say the old one wasn't useable anymore?

A cool down on a chat auction?  I personally disagree; I wouldn't want to set up an auction just to not see it for a minute or five or ten.  Besides, what's the point of postponing the spamming of chat?  You're bound to have chat spam, so there's no need to just try and make it spam another time.

to have less spam I think it would be like the auction msg is in global and also tell the players if they wana bid they can bid in the action warp so the bids would be in local..... hai? :o
