- Are you active for at least 1 month?
I have been on the server since Oct. of 2013 and I have played at least a month for sure. 
- Have you been helpful for other people on the server? If yes, who and how?
I have every once and a while asked people if they need help and have helped as best as I could. whenever someone asks something in chat that I could possibly help with.
- Have you been jailed/muted/rules restricted before? If yes, what punishment and motive?
No.
- Do you vote regularly?
not every day but around 4 times a week.
- Are you going to be active and keep in touch on the forums?
for sure. I have been somewhat active in forums lately but being SM would make me become more involved.
