Title: Novas Portus: looking for a mayor

iv started building a new town to join my nation, and will be looking for someone to be mayor and assistants. if you think you have what it takes apply.

btw the town already has some basics, town spawn, a farm, and a zombie grinder, and 5 plots.

I will also be paying the 5000 to start the town so its pretty much a free town.
