Welcome to the first edition of "Know your staff", a series of interviews in order to know better our beloved staff. This time our guest is TipsyTea, moderator of SentinelCraft.
A "brief" description by a friend of her: She's adorable, yet can be "violent" or competitive when it comes to playing mini games, especially pvp based ones. She likes to act like a child sometimes whenever she's sad or just playing around. Not that annoying child, the one that's all cutest and just pouts and she talks in that baby voice. Overall, to me, through my eyes, Tipsy is an amazing, humorous, cute, protective, competitive, and just freaking cute.
Dani: Welcome Tipsy to KYS! The world want to know more about you and the whole staff, let's begin. First question. Why are you on Sentinel?
Tipsy: Um well, When i first got minecraft i played solo for about 3 weeks and I wanted to meet friends. I was having trouble in school and needed a social outlet where i could be creative and meet people who liked stuff like i did. So I went on a site to find servers to join, I think i went on two other servers and each time I got on one no one helped me or even said anything to me about how to start on a multiplayer server. I was really confused and literally everyone ignored me until I got to sentinel and Ninja helped me get started and they didnt ignore me when I got on and had a billion questions so i stuck around and really liked how people where helpful.
Dani: What is Sentinel for you?
Tipsy: Sentinel is well, its alot of things to me. Its where I go to build and talk to people, its where i feel useful and where I meet people. Sentinel is like my online home right now, as lame as it sounds. Everyone is caring and funny its where some of my favorite people are at this point in my life. Like, if i ever feel upset or somthings wrong i can hop online and everyone is usually so caring and happy to see me and it makes me feel all warm inside. Can i get anymore lame? ehh whatever.
Dani: What would be your ideal vacation?
Tipsy: Tokyo Japan. Hands down. I am in LOVE with japanese culture and even have a collection of things related to it. Going to all kawaii shops and stuff, yesss please. You can ask catching crown if you dont believe me. I love abnime and manga and cute pink things. Im in love with lolita fashion and cosplay and just yessssss.
Dani: If you could be an animal, which would you be?
Tipsy: I'd be an octopus, with all my arms and stuff. Sitting in a cave and going up to submarines and being like "Heyyyy".
Dani: If you could have a super power, what it would be?
Tipsy: If I could have any super power it would be, to control elements. Like fire, water,earth and air and stuff. I think its so cool and powerful !!
Dani: How many times did you break men's hearts?
Tipsy: Um honestly? Ive broken all the hearts baby 8) No, uhmm I've hurt maybe one guy? It was a guy in the group of friends I had in school. He really liked me and id never had a boyfriend before and I wanted one so we went outonone dae and he asumed we where dating. I didnt like him like that and I had to tell him I didnt like him like that at all. I felt super bad becuase he had bad depression but I didnt want to lead him on ya know? He's better now and we talk sometimes but it is akward. Sadly im not a heart breaker more of a heart brokener *cough*
Dani: How do you feel being part of the staff?
Tipsy: I feel proud I guess? Its like you get to be a bigger part of the server in a sence I can help make it better for newer players. Helping them see what good their is in the server. It can be hard at times when you have to deal with people complaining about nonsence but its worth it in the end and its so worth it. It makes me feel good about myself like when people thank me when i help or when they say how much they love the server.
Dani: If you could meet a player from the server (IRL) who it would be?
Tipsy: Catching crowns, or maybe Fedgar or rich.... Can't I just meet them all? Guh! I just want to hug everything and one and tell them how much they mean to me ya know!!
Dani: Ok, the interview is almost ending. Describe yourself with 3 adjectives.
Tipsy: Silly, Sensitive, Caring.
