Hello.
It is noticeable for me as a host of this event that Roll on Wednesday has been losing interest from the community, in general.
In the last 5 weeks, the amount of players were barely enough to start the event and in the last 2 months, all the events had less than 12 players, which makes the odds for players way more easy, which is not the point of the event.
Also, it requires a bit of my time, effort, in-game money, (and patience >_>). If people are not interested anymore, maybe I can use some of this time to anything else (maybe a different event?).
So I ask through this poll: should the event continue?
If "Yes" gets more than 85% in total, I will plan a RoW for next week. However, if it has less than 12 participants, I will cancel it.
I hope you all understand the motives why I'm doing this poll.

Maybe you could have it where The highest roll picks who's out and his invincible for the next roll. You've done it this way in the past before and it was personally my favorite way to play

I'm still interested but I forget when wednesday is so i've been missing most of them. Also having to stay in /casino with nothing else to do does make it less interesting.

I love the event, but most of the time i see the announcement "Roll on Wednesday in 1 hour" when I go to sleep. its to late for me. :(

I personally love RoW, I just keep forgetting to be online in time to play it.

Still, it's very surprising to hear that so few players actually turn up for the event. The concern is completely understandable. As much as I would hate to see the end of RoW, I certainly wouldn't want you wasting your time either.
That said, I am curious to know what new event would replace it, if any.

From me, it's just a matter of timezones. I can never join these things because it is really late at night, not unless I'm having a holiday. Other that that, everything is good to me.

Well, as I find myself being less and less active at times on the server, I rarely play this event, or any others. If the event's playerbase is diminishing, I wouldn't see a reason to continue it any longer. It may just be a waste of time, effort, and money for 5 people to play, and at least 3 of them are guaranteed to win. Not very much of a competition in that case. As for the poll, people could say that the event should continue, but not guaranteeing that they will show up to them.
Not to say that this isn't a fun event, as it is. I just find it more fun when there are a lot of people playing, and you have all of the friendly trashtalk going on, and it's just a great atmosphere. But you can't have that if there isn't a playerbase for it.
All these are just some personal opinions of mine, not meant to offend anyone.

People that commented before me (sorry I'm too lazy to look, it's hard on my phone) are right. /casino needs something added to it. Maybe parkour, or maybe even actual casino slots. There's bound to be a plug-in for casino games. If you don't want another plug-in, maybe make slot machines with redstone?
Really, you can add anything fun to do in the casino room and I'm sure it would change people's opinions. I can see that /casino is quite boring.
Also, it would be nice to have more of an importance for the casino room. From all I know, the only thing that happens there is RoW.

It's definitely in my top favorite events. Perhaps make it less often thought since its been losing interest, like once a month? Or look into finding out when most people are online. To me it seems like thers always about 20-30 people online around 8AM(in GM-6) but then in the evening theres barely 10. Something to look into perhaps:)

People have decided to not continue with the event. So there will be no more Roll on Wednesday events in the near future.

But can other members host the event as well?

Hosting this event is not easy as it seems to some people.
Regardless, those other members can change things/rules/gameplay and rename it. Please do not exactly as I created, RoW may come back as it happened once before.
