Title: I need to be unbanned

- In-game name: mouser889

- Date and time of ban? (Include Timezone):2:43 PM EST

- Which Staff member banned you? (Blank if you do not know)

- Why were you banned? (What Appears on your ban message) Sirstickler (A player that was previously banned) got on my account from my house and simply asked "Am I unbanned Migas?" my account immediately got banned.

- Were you previously jailed or muted? (If yes, say why) I was jailed once. I accidentally broke one glass pane on a house in the wilderness.
 
- Why should you be unbanned? I did nothing wrong.

Additional Information: -EDIT AS OF SEPTEMBER 21st- I've had time to reflect on my actions when I mouthed off to Fedgar_Lurch. I would like to formally apologize to you Fedgar. I've realized I was in the wrong and I can see how I was begging. You were only enforcing the rules and I did notice, I was the one that gave you attitude. Again, I am very sorry for my actions in the past and I can ensure they will never happen again.

You did something wrong. Your account is to be kept to yourself. Sharing your account info is not allowed. One person per account.

So either he joined using your account without authorization, in which case you are still responsible but I will go ahead and deny his appeal. Or you let him join, which means you were aiding in him subverting the ban process.

Which is it?

I was sitting down in my chair and he started typing on my keyboard and I didn't stop him, but I knew he wouldn't type anything stupid. He wanted to know why he couldn't log in if you said he wasn't banned anymore on the forums. So that poses the question, why was I banned for ban evasion if you yourself said he was unbanned?

"consider your application" is the key phrase here.

If you look on the top of the application it says it may take up to seven days.


This is off topic. You knowningly allowed someone to evade using your account, so your statement of "I did nothing wrong" is false

Your application will be under review, you can expect an answer within 7 days.
