House Requests
Hello all,
I have gotten a few requests to make houses and have decided to start a request page for it. So if you wish to have a house built for you, please let me know!

Houses will be priced according the the following measures:
A baseline guide that can be used to estimate price will be:
Size-

Materials Used -
Time and Urgency-
Price will be adjusted accordingly after the project is completed (under reasonable measures)

Note: Custom requests may alter the estimate of the house
If you wish to request the construction of a house, use the format that below: (Requests not in this format WILL be IGNORED)

2: What is the rough size estimate of the house you are requesting built?

3. What sorts of materials should be used in the construction?

4. What is the style of build you want done?

5. Is there any specific date you would like it done by?

6. Would you like the interior to be furnished? (Please include what to add, however note that price may increase)

7. Are there any custom ideas that you would like built?

8. Do you have any other comments?

Guard, I have the design for your house, and we have already agreed on a price, so we will keep that.
The design is a bit big and may require to shift a few things around, although I think you will like it! :D We can find space around the house and then take some stuff down. I can scale down the size of it, but it won't be in its full glory. Tell me If you like it or not, and we can move from there. I have only done the exterior and I have done very little on the interior.

Thanks for your request Noah, I'll get to it as soon as I finish with the current project. Since you haven't asked for anything uniquely custom or extra, I will keep the price at $5000 MCD. Also, the payment doesn't have to be made until you have approved the design that I will make.

Well theres a few things i dont like.
1. I really hate birch wood so as spruce 
2. I kinda need more space so ill need 1 more floor (If you dont like doing it u dont have 2)
3.You could replace the birch and spruce with Dark wood and instead of spruce logs
do Acacia logs.
4. You could replace the cobble with stone brick.
5. Replace the floor with stone bricks.
6.I dont really like the glass. U should make it different colour.

If you can do this ill give you 1 more dmd block. Btw if you make this ur AWESOME!

Yeah, the thing with that is Guard, the dark wood and acacia logs are more rare, so that will be a bit harder to build, but shouldn't be a problem.
I am suggesting that you take down the rest of the house, as Idk if this will encase it nicely, that way you can organize things better as well.

2: What is the rough size estimate of the house you are requesting built?  Due to the complexity of this build, I would be unable to give a rough estimate of size.  I would leave size and shape of this project to your discretion.

3. What sorts of materials should be used in the construction?  Your artistic discretion is to be used, I myself have almost no skill in building in comparison to yourself.

4. What is the style of build you want done?  Epic storage/supply WareHouse.  Consisting of at minimal 3 large chests for each Block/Item type currently in MC with additional space available for expansion. 

5. Is there any specific date you would like it done by?  Looking to have this done within a reasonable time frame.  I would be happy with a time frame of 3 days R&D, 4 days prefabrication, 2 days for final approval of build concept ideas and 1 week to 2 weeks for final delivery of building project.

6. Would you like the interior to be furnished? (Please include what to add, however note that price may increase) Interior design is at your discretion and we can talk further on this as needed.  Chests, signs and Item Frames preloaded of course and laid out in a logical way for ease of access.

7. Are there any custom ideas that you would like built?  Yes.  I would like to see a RedStone Elevator built into this design, as the foot print would more then likely be larger than that of the average dwelling.

8. Do you have any other comments?  I would like to speak to you via PM in regards to this build idea of mine.  As it is to much of an undertaking for myself.

Ohhh, something quite challenging I see! :D This looks like its going to be huge and probably one of the biggest buildings I have built. I just need to clarify, you want three double chests, for each block in Minecraft!?! I'm assuming that includes other items other than blocks as well.
I have no clue onto what in terms the price will be, but as you have said, we will discuss that later.
Redstone eh? Redstone is not my area of expertise, however I will ask for assistance if required from others to figure it out (Mostly likely rich).
I am currently working on a build, have one pending, and now yours, so please allow sometime for the process to kick in, although 2 weeks should be good enough as you have already suggested.

Correct.  3 double chests for every item ingame.  Set up in a logical manner as possible.

Also, My personal storage is at your disposal for building.

If its out of the scope for Rich to do, 1Com, Resident of Havocville, is a really good RS builder.  Don't know if hes willing to assist but just throwing that out there.

I could help and I think I'll try to give a go at ur task xD, its fairly easy to build (in creative).

I'm going to build this request of urs on my comp right now :D and there are around 570-600 minecraft blocks / items which can be obtained without cheats.

EDIT: I'm only taking this as a challenge, varun, I'm not here to steal ur customer xP

Ok, so I brainstormed ideas for half and hour and this is what I came to :

Auto Chest Item Sorter 4 large chests per item (extendable to 10 chests for each item) The dimensions according to my sorter is 150 x 30 x Depth of 60. basically the thing in the image would go on and on.

The GREAT STONE Elevator - Written by Debu xD

I can make this easily as long as the required mats are provided and for the elevator (idk why you want it) There is also a pic of that one. It moves 4 up blocks a second (quiet fast for a redstone elevator)

well this maybe sort of spamming this chat but this is the only way I guess.

This is cool Debu, although I can't exactly see how the redstone elevator works.

I may tweak the design a bit from what you have there, but I'm not sure if yeolde wants an item sorter incorporated into the build, but looks ok otherwise.

I would love to have a sorter, but not a requirement.  As I didn't want to eat into your time.  If its possible to incorporate one into the building design that would be cool.  If you both want to collaborate with each other I'm fine with that.  Out sourcing is allowed...lol

So....Are you gonna build it that way i said or is it gonna stay the way you posted!? Sorry but i dont quite understand English...
So say yes if youre gonna build it this way i said or say no if youre gonna build the way u said and i should rebuild it...I dont understand...

P.S. - Im not gonna be on the srv untill the friday maybe cause im not allowed on pc on school days  :'(

Well, I will build it the way you have suggested, although it would be best if you took down your current house, so you can have a house that is seamless and fits just right with all your stuff (because you are placing it again in the way that you like).

Varun, you should organize your house requests better or everything will get out of hand. That is why I do not allow more than one avatar request at a time. You have four requests in queue, you should give them an order and deal them individually or the topic would also get confusing like how it is now.

I will help you transfer the items and break the other things, and I won't ask for any extra payment for that because I was the one who asked you to take it down. Shouldn't take 5 hours with a little help. The only problem I have is that, I don't know where your house is xD, as I don't have a home there.

Since im grounded...again...
I saw the house (exterier) from dynmap and it looks quite finished (Just I cant see that much from dynmap)
