The mod is called the better pvp mod (http://azminecraft.info/better-pvp-mod/)

I think that it should be able to be allowed because it just tells you the durability on armor, what buffs/debuffs and durability on weapons and tools

Not staff here, but it has an underground minimap, which is not very legal so far as I know.

Besides the minimap it also has the "Quick eat" feature. This is not allowed.
