Title: Invisible blocks created after using Mcmmo Mining/Digging skills.

While I was clearing stone I would consistently mine a block it would dissappear but acted like the block was half there and half not.
I would often times find myself stuck/lagging when I walked into those areas. When a block is placed where the invisible block is the block would turn back into what it used to be like if it materialized from no where.

I've noticed this with all the picks except gold, and stone/iron shovels.

Yeah this happens alot. If it happens do /bug.
