- What is your in-game name?My ingame name is xXcaninegamerXx.

- Have you been active for at least 1 month? I have been active on the server for a little over a month now.

- Have you been helpful for other people on the server? If yes, who and how? I have helped newcomers with the beginnings here at Sentinel. I cannot remember any names. I told them commands and offered shelter and ingame supplies to get them started.

- Have you been jailed/muted/rules restricted before? If yes, what punishment and motive? I have never been jailed,muted, or banned here of all my time here.

- Do you vote regularly?  I have recently started to vote and is willing to continue.

- Are you going to be active and keep in touch on the forums? I will and has been active and up to date on the forums.
