- Which Staff member banned you? (Blank if you do not know)

- Why were you banned? (What Appears on your ban message) "Pick a Name"

- Were you previously jailed or muted? (If yes, say why) No
 
- Why should you be unbanned? I was changing my account name to look at different skins, I was not aware this was bannable. I would like to be unbanned and continue playing on this great server. I was IP banned
