Why do you think it should be installed:
So many people ask for the best (player)shop and im not always online to tell them about Market. So when a player asks about a shop an auto message comes up with /t spawn market
But besides that there are more auto answers, here some of the most asked questions:
How can I be admin? AutoAnswer: You can! If you do /admin.
How to get money? AutoAnswer: You can sell on /shop, /donate, /vote, /minigames or find money in grass.
What kind of server is this? AutoAnswer: This is Sparta! AutoAnswer: *towny

I think this plugin might be spammy and might appear when it shouldn't and not appear sometimes when it should, it's more reliable to people answer personally the newbie questions.
