Yes, I have. I have helped people like lolyana, Aurum_Crescent, LordZ_101, Ahmerica, etc. On things such as building, collecting materials and little things that can make someones' day!  :D

No. Never.
- Do you vote regularly?
Yes. About 3-7 times a week.
- Are you going to be active and keep in touch on the forums?
Yes I am.

You don't even have basic knowledge of how the server works, you have not been active and in touch on the forums, and beyond that you are not very active on the server.
