so yeah I just think cause people like me who aren't SM plus may want to talk too without having to add them on skype or something it would be nice for making a more sociable community

We already have a Mumble chat for SM+. If you want to have a private Teamspeak chat for your friends, you're free to do it.

yeah I use skype to talk to Courtney and that I just thought along the lines of so others can talk to eachother without having to share details with one another
