Ive always been a fan of the "Clear Lag" plugin. basically if you dont already know it is completely configurable like most plugins and it is a great addition to any server. In the config file you can edit the time but basically you can have it clear all dropped entities on the ground every (insert your desired time here). it clears alot of ground clutter in between server restarts and it cuts down on lag in high traffic areas.

Although i like the idea of 'less entities' laying on the ground, i tend to find on servers that use CL, the chat is spammed by clearlag: 5 mins, 2 mins, 1 min etc etc, and as the server isnt masive, to be honest there isnt too many entities to clear.

We don't need this plugin at the moment. The server has no issues with this kind of lag.
