Youre looking for a plugin for protecting as towny went down though i suggest this :

1: Claim and plots protection

2 compatible with 1.10

3 : name is :grief protection :D

Pretty much it just protects the plot and the ability of claiming the plot

and its IMPOSSIBLE to grief a claimed land

Iv used this plugin before and i love it. Easy to learn and use, and i love that you get more blocks to claim the longer you play.
