Name of Plugin: Holographic Displays
Plugin version: v2.2.1
Minecraft version compatibility: 1.10 (added Sep 8th, 2016)

Brief description on what it does and adds: You can create floating images and text with the use of simple commands. Could be great to use rather than boring ole' signs.
Pros:
Easy to use
Visually appealing
Easier to read than signs
Cons:
Availability to the public could lead to abuse

I see these on servers and automatically think, too much! Maybe for donors but it could easily be abused.

I think it would be nice depending on the situation. And it could take away the aesthetic of things

I love this plugin and the look of the holograms, but I think it should only be available to Admins and up. Could be useful at spawn, at a tutorial warp, in the shop, etc.

I said yes but only as like a admin+ or maybe a higher paying donater rank

I voted Yes, but Admin+ must be the only ones who can make these, and certain rules should be set to avoid the abuse or spam of these holo displays.

I agree with everyone saying Admin and up. Ive seen it on many servers and even messed with it myself a bit and there isnt much reason for any non staff players to be labeling anything with holograms. Usually these are used at main points on the server and everyone else would be fine labeling the old fashioned way with signs.

Takes away a bit of the vanilla Minecraft theme. Signs were more fun
