Name of Plugin: HeroChat
Plugin version: 5.6.5
Minecraft version compatibility: 1.7, 1.8, 1.9, 1.10

Brief description on what it does and adds: Considering we will be getting rid of Towny, which made our chat system, I think I found the replacement for it. Just like with the TownyChat plugin, there can be different chat channels people can talk in. There's the ability to set the radius for a local chat as well.

We already have a good (and better) chat plugin.
