Title: Unable to /ignore

Whenever I try to use the /ignore function, I get this message:

"I'm sorry, but you do not have permission to perform this command. Please contact the server administrators if you believe that this is in error."

And I know it doesn't work cause I can still see their messages in global :(

./chat ignore <name>.
