Why do you think it should be allowed:
its quiete handy when looking up recipes, i know /recipe is a thing, but i cant search up 'clay' or 'dye' to look what might go well with other textures/colours from blocks i used, neither can i look up uses of items (quiet handy for potions)

adds item drop support to jei, basically shows how resources can be obtained. For example what a witch can drop, with the percentages, or
how likely one is to find certain items in dungeonchests, again with the percentage, or between what y values an ore can be found.
basically a huge in game library

Why do you think it should be allowed:
This mod adds another way to check spawnable spaces similar to the LLOverlayer reloaded mod, its a bit more lag friendly since its simple 'X' on the ground in a 16 block radius. Further it adds a inventory button to show Chunkborders (its a bit buggy, F3+G works better but its part of the mod anyway).
The main reason id like to use this is the ability to search for items in open inventories, and that would be so very helpfull when dealing with chest filled with enchanted books, being able to just type (e.g.) fire into the search bar and see all the fire prot books without having to hover over every and each one would be such a relief.

Why do you think it should be allowed: TMI hasn't been updated for a long time and it is a minor pain to install. We all know what we used Too Many Items for, well JEI is an extremely stripped down version that only supports showing crafting recipes, something unmodded users can do by just Googling it. JEI just saves time and resources. As you can see nothing but a QoL mod that offers no unfair advantages.
I tested it in singleplayer in creative mode and it does not spawn in items.

Why do you think it should be allowed: just another simple yet useful addon for JEI. as the name says it adds banner pattern support for jei, which will be super useful as i think we all can agree that no one rly remembers what item does what pattern.

Not to speak out of turn here, but this is a mod, not a plugin. Its Forge based. We dont have the ability to run something like that.

i know, just like the other Jei addons (just enough Resources and just enough Overlayers-->forum link (http://sentinelcraft.net/forum/index.php?topic=6729.0)) its client based so it doesn't need to be on the server to work
edit: for the 'pull-item-to-crafting-grid' it would have to be installed on the server, but since that is part of the vanilla game now there is no need for that to work

Why?
It's an addition that allows to look up droprates and ore distribution graphs. I've seen new members ask where to find stuff or what layer is best to mine for certain ores. This will help in that.
It's pure a gui addition and has no additional item spawn capabillities
