Cookie_pvp keeps talking french in general chat, combined with swearing in both english and french
I already explained him that the global chat is a place for english nly, but he still doesn't follow the rules.
yesterday he tried stealing stuff from Xkillertje, also today he kept killing NeoQs and dembreider and friends, for what I have read in chat he also kept killing their animals(no proof if this actually happened, relying on chat for that).
In general he is often spamming the global chat with wrong commands and french, he also claims to not understand english

gathering logs I realised not only cookie_pvp is the one that swears, but also NEOQS

If you have screenshots or logs from his constant swearing on chat, it would be helpful.
The players who suffered spawn killing/stealing can report their issues, relying on chat means nothing.
