Title: Serpin's Easter Prize Hunt!
Post by: serpyn on March 28, 2017, 06:08:57 AM
I plan to start an Easter Prize hunt. A chest will be hidden randomly in the wild. Inside this chest will be a paper Receipt, Once Found this Receipt Will be mailed to me (serpin).
I will then give the Winner a choice of $100,000 in-game cash or $100,000 Worth of Mixed Goodies (Diamond, Gold, Iron, Lapis).

If by the deadline of Sunday April 16th the Receipt is not found i will then do a Raffle for the prize.

If anyone is good at riddles pleas let me know, (you will be exempt from the Hunt).

IF you guys are interested in this pleas give me your opinion.

We hosters can help you with riddles. After all, our very first riddle led someone in the sewers of Market, and 2-3 to the right spot within 3 hours.

This is like finding a needle in a haystack!
Will it be in a specific warp and underground in wild?

Hold it in a place without /fly ? Alpha, Nether, End, even if it resets you only lose a piece of receipt.
Use /flat
Not sure if you're being serious or not

Flat is the only fair playground. Nobody can complain about people having an unfair advantage due items.

But /fly isnt a big factor. In Scavenger Hunt everyone had the same chances.

i agree but i don't believe the hunt would last that long alpha sounds good

I don't agree. Only Senior Member+ can play on flat.

Vary Good Point!

i guess alpha is the only way to go then.

For alpha, clues would be very, very hard. There are no nearby points ofinterrests that can be used, and if you use a landmark, it would define at least 7 different places far apart from eachother. As said, for a good egg hunt, fly is not that much of a factor.

Agreed then i shall throw the complaints of the naysayers against the rocks!

Hmm, like the Big Brother sign hunting mission, make it so /fly actually would be a disadvantage?
Like, you can fly, but not flying will make it easier to find?

I have seen the location. Those without fly are equal to those with it.
