 No I'm not.

 I think I should be promoted because I am helpful and help people when needed. I have helped people with commands if they didn't get it or with plugins.

You got promoted to Senior Member after being demoted once, about 1 or 2 months ago. I suggest waiting a bit more time, change your attitude, and re-apply when you feel like you improved since now. Application denied.
